Who we are:
Movement counseling is a private practice based in the philosophy that movement is good for your mind, body and spirit. We will work to create positive change through creating movement and motivation for a happier more balanced life. If you are feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, stressed, struggle with self-esteem, experiencing relationship or family difficulties, have difficulty in work/school, or struggling with a recent life transition, movement counseling will work with you to overcome these obstacles.
